  TM2105 2.4GHz High power GFSK RF Transceiver with 2Mbps data Rate
 

TM2105 is a high power out GFSK transceiver operating in the ISM frequency band at 2400~2483.5 MHz Burst mode transmission and up to 2Mbps air data rate make them suitable for applications requiring ultra low power consumption. The embedded packet processing engines enable their full operation with a very simple MCU as a radio system. Auto re-transmission and auto acknowledge give reliable link without any MCU interference.

TM2114 is a high power out GFSK transceiver operating in the world wide ISM frequency band at 2400~2483.5 MHz. Burst mode transmission and up to 4Mbps air data rate make them suitable for applications requiring ultra low power consumption. The embedded packet processing engines enable their full operation with a very simple MCU as a radio system. Auto re-transmission and auto acknowledge give reliable link without any MCU interference. It packaged in a 10x12mm leadless LGA package. Its output power can be more than 20dBm +.

 

  TM2502 5.8 GHz high performance RF SiP with 4Mbps data rate
 

TM2502是一顆高性能的5.8GHz 射頻IC,內含4M pbs之射頻傳收器、功率放大器、低雜訊放大器及射頻切換器,支持TDD之功能,適用於頻率5.15~5.85GHz,最大功率輸出可達20dBm (+23dBm依客戶需求可)。它封裝在12x12mm 無腳之LGA 封裝裏。 

TM2502 is a high performance RF SiP with high power out GFSK RFM operating in the world wide ISM frequency band at 5.15~5.85 MHz Burst mode transmission operates up to 4Mbps air data rate and makes them suitable for applications requiring ultra low power consumption. The embedded packet processing engines enable their full operation with a very simple MCU as a radio system. Auto re-transmission and auto acknowledge give reliable link without any MCU interference. It packaged in a 12x12mm leadless LGA package with thermal GND. The power out can be +23dBm upon request.

 

  TM5200 Bluetooth stereo Audio Module with TWS and V 4.2 (BDR/EDR)
 

 TM5200 is a Bluetooth Stereo module with fully-certified Bluetooth® Version 4.2 (BDR/EDR) for who wants to add Bluetooth® wireless audio and voice applications to products. This Bluetooth module provides a complete wireless solution with Bluetooth stack, integrated antenna, and worldwide radio certifications in a compact surface mount package, 20x15x2.5 mm3. This stereo module built-in Li-Ion charger and contain a digital audio interface. It supports A2DP v1.3, AVRCP v1.6, HFP v1.7,  HID v1.1,  AVCTP v1.4, AVDTP v1.3, and SPP v1.2 profile. Both AAC and SBC codecs are supported for A2DP. Note that the customer must connect their own external analog CODEC/DSP/amplifier and MCU for audio output.

The TM5200 module is a low power consumption, highly integrated Bluetooth system as an audio module. It integrates a high performance antenna, crystal and Bluetooth chip, which included RF transceiver, baseband processor, FLASH memory controller, multiple analog and digital peripherals, and a Bluetooth software stack including the audio, voice, and SPP profiles.

The cache based architecture enables full programmability with an SIP 8M FLASH memory device and can be used for both control and multimedia hybrid applications. The internal dual stereo ADC converts stereo analog input to digital signals that can be processed with a digital equalizer. Hardware realizations of the equalizer offload the MCU making the chip ideal for low power headset applications.

The module incorporates on-chip power management with linear and switch-mode buck regulators and also includes a 220 mA internal battery charge controller to further reduce external bill of material (BOM) costs.

 

  TM5203 2.4GHz 20dBm FSK Transceiver
 

 The TM5203 module is designed for 2.4GHz ISM band with 20dBm output power wireless applications using AMICCOM’s A7125 FSK transceiver and TM2006 RF Front End IC. This module features a fully programmable frequency synthesizer by SPI. The data rate is 2Mbps.

 

  TM5204 2.4GHz 20dBm FSK Transceiver
 

 The TM5204 module is designed for 2.4GHz ISM band with 20dBm output power wireless applications using AMICCOM’s A7130 FSK/GFSK transceiver and TM2006 RF Front End IC. This module features a fully programmable frequency synthesizer by SPI. The data rate is 4Mbps.

 

  TM5205 2.4GHz 18dBm FSK/GFSK Transceiver
 

 The TM5205 module is designed for 2.4GHz ISM band with 18dBm out power wireless applications using AMICCOM A7196 FSK/GFSK transceiver. This module features a fully programmable frequency synthesizer by SPI. The maximum data rate is 6Mbps.

 

  TM5501 5GHz dual band 4Mbps FSK/GFSK Transceiver
 

 TM5501 is a low cost 5.2GHz/5.8GHz dual band transceiver. It supports on-air data rate to either 2Mbps or 4Mbps.

For packet handling, TM5501 has built-in separated (64 bytes) TX/RX FIFO for data buffering and burst transmission, auto-ack and auto-resend, CRC for error packet filtering, FEC (7,4 hamming code) for 1-bit data correction per code word, RSSI for clear channel assessment, thermal sensor to monitor relative temperature, data whitening for data encryption / decryption. In addition, TM5501 has built-in AES128 co-processor (Advanced Encryption Standard) for advanced data encryption or decryption which consists of the transformation of a 128-bit block into an encrypted 128-bit block. Those functions are very easy to use while developing a wireless system.

TM5501’s control registers are accessed via 3-wire or 4-wire SPI interface such as TX/RF FIFO, ID register, RSSI value, frequency hopping and calibration procedures. Another one is the unique Strobe command via SPI to control power saving mode (sleep, idle, standby), TX mode and RX mode. The other connections between TM5501 and MCU are GIO1 and GIO2 (multi-function GPIO) to output TM5501’s status so that MCU could use either polling or interrupt scheme for radio control. Overall, it is very easy to develop a wireless application by a MCU and TM5501 because of its rich and easy-to-use features.
