	TM1007 - 2.4GHz Power Amplifier MMIC

	The TM1007 is a low cost, high power, high efficiency amplifier IC designed for wireless data application at 2.4 to 2.5GHz ISM band. The device is packaged in a compact QFN 3mm by 3mm 16L package. This high linearity device makes it ideal for IEEE 802.11.b/g, Wireless Data Terminal and portable battery powered equipment.

	TM1011 2.4GHz High Gain Power Amplifier for 802.11.b/g/n

	The TM1011 manufactured on Gallium Arsenide Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (GaAs HBT) process is a low cost, high power, hig gain, high linearity amplifier IC, designed for 2.4 to 2.5GHz 802.11.b/g/n WIFI system.

	TM5004- 2.4GHz Booster 2W

	The TM5004 is a bi-directional booster designed to extend the range of wireless radio devices which require high linearity amplification. The unit is effective as used with 802.11g application. TM5004 provides transmit gain and low-noise receive gain to increase the range and compensate the cable loss in installation.

	TM5104- 2.4GHz Booster 300mW

	TM5104 is a new booster designed for extending the range of wireless radio devices requiring high linearity amplification. It provides operating frequency from 2400MHz to 2500MHz. TM5104 fitted with a Low Noise Amplifier and together with a high linearity power amplifier.

	TM5110- 2.4GHz Booster 1W

	TM5110 is a new bi-directional booster designed for extending the range of wireless radio devices requiring high linearity amplification. It provides operating frequency from 2400MHz to 2500MHz. TM5110 fitted with a Low Noise Amplifier and together with a high linearity power amplifier.

	TM5140- 2.4GHz Booster 4W

	The TM5140 is a bi-directional booster designed to extend the range of wireless radio devices which require high linearity amplification. The unit is effective as used with 802.11g application.
